Preston Innovation’s Des Shipp slips into third taking full points on Twin Oaks in a group that also saw Steve Ringer find form with a section win and the biggest weight of the day at 175lb 13oz from Trelawny.
Else where Porth again saw poor weights with the best being Geoff Valance’s 13lb 7oz from peg 74. Wayne Mellings topped Bolingey with 153lb 10oz from peg 22. The biggest net from Pollawyn saw Mark Brennan weigh in 173lb 7oz from peg 9.
The group on Jenny’s a Trewaters saw lower weights than on previous days, Chris Horsey topping the weigh in for the waters with 84lb 1oz on Trewaters and Matthew Wightman weighing the lowest section winning net at 49lb 7oz from Jennys.
