Yorks/Lincs league details revealed for this year's competition.
Organisers of the Yorkshire/Lincolnshire Sensas Challenge have revealed details of the 2012 league starting this autumn.
Taking place over three rounds, the venues for the competition will be the Stainforth and Keadby canal, the Fossdyke canal and Hayfield Lakes, with organisers looking for ten teams to compete with a minimum of five anglers and a maximum of ten anglers per team - although increasing the number of teams could be a possibility if there is enough demand.
Entry per team is £50, with pools for each match being £25. Payout after the final round will see the first team receive £400, second £250 and third £125 - this is based on ten teams of five anglers. The top two teams will then go on to fish a final at a venue to be decided by Sensa’s Mark Downes. This match will be fished some time in March 2013.
As usual the Challenge will be fished to international rules, meaning each match will be fished over 4hours with bait limits on quantity and type.
Teams interested in competing should contact Ian Chadburn at
