Matrix man takes prestigious title and pockets £30k following victory at Cudmore.

Warren Martin has been crowned the winner of this year’s Fish ‘O’ Mania following a nail biting competition held at Cudmore Fishery’s famous Arena Pool.

Pocketing a cool £30k for the win, the Norfolk-based 35-year-old weighed in a total of 30.67kg to beat his closest rival by nearly 9kg and trounce the rest of the 16man field of some of the best anglers in the country.
The Matrix-backed rod stormed his way to victory from peg 4 on the venue known as ‘The Doughnut’ catching carp to 11lb (the biggest fish of the match that also landed him another £1,000) along with barbel and skimmers.

Besides early leader Ben Emery, Warren looked to be a favourite for most of the match and ended a worthy winner of the 19th year of the prestigious competition.

A victorious Warren with his trophies and cheque.

The winner takes the traditional dunk in the Doughnut!
