XACT is a superior line formed from Japanese material, which has been constructed to not only give exact diameter accuracy but maintain the highest possible tensile and knot strength.

It is a copolymer line that has undergone a resin–based surface heat treatment, which also gives suppleness and flexibility. Combine this with a 30 per cent stretch factor and XACT gives maximum performance whatever the conditions.

Tested for over two years, XACT was developed not only by the NuFish team but also with the help of the NuFish Anglers Club on Facebook. NuFish boldly sent out test spools of XACT to 50 members of the public for honest feedback and testing. XACT passed the test with flying colours and NuFish was happy to proceed with the line safe in the knowledge that anglers of all levels had tried this stuff with outstanding results. A unique approach to product testing and one NuFish believes will prove crucial to its continued product development in the future.

After extensive market research when developing the line, NuFish realised that anglers wanted two main things from their rig and hooklength line – reliable strength and accurate diameters. With that information XACT was developed. This is a highly abrasion resistant line with immense tensile and knot strength. But a key point to mention, as the name suggests, is the accuracy of the diameters. As NuFish claims, you get what you pay for with XACT!

The surface treatment has a number of benefits technically but for the layman it means that shot moves easily on the line and knots tie perfectly.
