Guru continues to impress with two new and innovative additions to its range.

The smart hook box featured is capable of holding up to 150 hooklengths and utilises a non-slip rubber outer and a rubber seal to prevent moisture seeping in. The magnetic closure system is functional, smart and secure – you can store either 3in, 4in, 5in or 6in versions in this box and the end pin is slightly longer to allow easy measurement when you’re tying hooklengths – RRP £8.99.

In addition, there’s a lighter version of the popular catapult designed for pole use and shorter ranges. It features a lighter, orange elastic for accurate feeding of smaller baits like maggots, pellets and hempseed – RRP £5.99.

These two items are available now but there's plenty more to come from the Essex-based firm, including a lighter 0.11mm diameter version of the superb N-GAUGE line, a 12in version of the hook box, a catapult capable of firing pellets 60 yards and season four of the Fishing Guru's DVD collection.
