Report: With rain,sleet,snow,low temperatures plus the water level raising by almost six inches Bream and skimmers decided this endurance test.The decent weather and good nets of roach that showed during the week seemed a distant memory.
First,with two skimmers was Colin on the 'Golden Peg' using ground bait feeder and maggot hook bait,a good draw for the conditions on the day. Second was guest Sammy using similar tactics taking one Bream Taking third spot was Darren with one skimmer and a roach,again,feeder tactics were used.
Top 3 anglers and weights:
1: C.Bunnett Weight: 2lb 11 oz
2: S.Mears Weight: 2lb
3: D.Jackson Weight: 1lb
