Thursday’s over 50s saw 24 anglers scrap it out for another close encounter, with carp, ide and the odd bream prevailing.

Sunday’s open match was held on Hawk Lake, with some top anglers making up the field. Recent County Champs winner Mick Stamp continued his winning ways from peg 17 at 13 meters on caster and pellet to take ide and barble up to 21lb.
