Rigs were tied, fresh elastics were threaded and tensioned to perfection, and I was ready to take on the world. The draw put me on Peg 35 at Porth Reservoir.

The original pellet feeders are among the best fish catchers around and now these micro versions look to continue that.
They have been designed to hold just a small amount of feed and are ideal for short, tidy chucks where a small amount of bait is required. We really like these and can see a multitude of uses for them. RRP: From £1.
This 10ft two-piece rod is a wonderful commercial-fishery tool at a great price.
The rod screams quality and the minimalist graphics and classy fixtures and fittings are pleasing to the eye. As far as performance goes this is up there with the best. It has a beautiful through action that will not only be great for carp but will also be suited to bream and skimmer work at short range.

I have no problem telling you that I was initially sceptical about Old Ghost. It was a range of products that I saw last October at the Tackle & Guns Trade Show. But, up until the end of June this year, I’d not seen any of it in the flesh! The fact that you couldn’t get hold of the product after such hype, and the uncertainty over how yet more ‘foreign’ baits would be received, were the sources of my scepticism. I didn’t even think it would make it to UK soil, but it’s here!As with any new firm there is, no doubt, a battle lying ahead of the China-based bait giant if it’s to make an impact.
